I can’t separate out any of my roles, so this blog is a place where I teach you about stress and being human through (mostly) my stories and other topics that are exciting and interesting to me. Whether you arrived here to figure out how to navigate the human experience better, or for some casual reading, I’m glad you’re here.
None of us will get it right every time…so please release yourself of that expectation. The only truth I can offer about being human is that it is a complex experience. With that being said, please consider the following before you dive in:
1) Take what resonates with you and leave the rest.
2) Give yourself room to make mistakes.
3) Get creative and have FUN!
